"Difficult to catch Always closed Food staff for breakfast not friendly at all Only gentleman who checks you in Otherwise they make you feel like unwanted burden Also my room 2064 at the beginning to check in was perfect till next door started to smocke at 1 am I called front desk and they had to move me to another room 2 times till found a room free of dust and smock No compensation was offered I lost a whole night of rest and most valuable day and time of my trip to Montevideo I am expecting compensation please do something about it Thank yo"

"Great location and value excellent staff , stayed there many years ago and definitely I noticed the big improvement, although still hard old fashioned keys the safe never worked and wasn't able to find a single electrical outlet by bed , just simple things that will make a big improvement, once again the staff is just excellent ."

"My only complaint about the Smart Hotel is that you don’t want a room across from the elevator as you will hear loud news through the door as long as people are using the elevator. Until around midnight, i heard what sounded like someone building a large wooden toy tower, then hitting it so that all of the pieces fall to the floor. It was actualy vwry annoying and definitely woke me up in the morning. I was in a beautiful room on the penthouse floor, but the noise was sufficient to make me not want to stay there a second night. My room number was 1003. Everything else was terrific."
