Onze familie had een fantastische tijd in deze villa op de heuvel! Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was absoluut adembenemend en zorgde voor onvergetelijke zonsondergangen, De kinderen hielden van het privézwembad en we brachten de meeste dagen door met relaxen met een goed boek, De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor we heerlijke maaltijden konden bereiden, en de nabijgelegen supermarkt was een korte rit weg, De gastheren waren attent en gemakkelijk te bereiken, wat onze ervaring nog aangenamer maakte, We kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren!

Incheck ging via een appje, waarin we de code van het sleutelkastje kregen. Anders misschien een beetje onpersoonlijk, maar nu prima en Corona proof. Huis is prima en heeft een mooie privé tuin met voldoende zitjes in zowel zon als schaduw. Bij mooi weer is het zwembad water rond de 20 graden. Door het afdekzeil te plaatsen konden we de temperatuur behouden, vooral toen eind september de nachten kouder werden. Er is van alles aanwezig in het huis; kruiden, vaatwastabletten, keukenrol en wc papier. Ook veel Nederlandse boeken, waar wij gretig gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Miste wel hier en daar een hor (in de master bedroom en de doucheruimte bijvoorbeeld) en de voordeur loopt aan. Als alternatief kun je de glazen schuifdeur als entree gebruiken. De omgeving is mooi en ruig.

Het huis is wat ouder, en dat merk je wel aan een aantal dingen die stuk waren (enkele rolluiken bvb), maar op zich was wel alles aanwezig wat je nodig had. Ook veel keukenbenodigdheden. De ligging van het huis en het zwembad daarentegen waren subliem. Een mooier uitzicht hebben we nooit eerder gehad. Het is een zaligheid om zowel op het terras als aan het grote zwembad te zitten. Boeken hoef je niet mee te nemen, er zijn er veel voorradig in de boekenkast! Ook veel parkeerplaats. Het huis ligt goed om zowel richting zee als richting bergen te rijden. Ideaal voor uitstapjes. Je kan mooi wandelen in de omgeving, Béziers en Narbonne zijn leuke steden, kajakken kan ook vlakbij.

Wij hebben in juli 2020 een heerlijke week beleefd in dit fantastisch gelegen vakantiehuis. Afgelegen (slechts 1 directe buur waarvan we geen last hadden), rustig (als je de cigales niet meerekent, want die kunnen behoorlijk kabaal maken :-)), op een berghelling met een prachtig uitzicht, een schaduwrijke mooi ingerichte tuin (echter met beperkte speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen) en een heerlijk zwembad. De omgeving (Haut Languedoc) is prachtig. Het huis zelf was heel ruim, proper en zeer goed uitgerust. De keuken was pas gerenoveerd. Het enige minpunt was de toestand van de ramen en deuren. Die waren duidelijk aan renovatie toe. Er was airconditioning, maar enkel in de living, dus niet in de slaapkamers.

Pb avec numéro de maison. Adresse donnée = 4 chemin de la Tinasse. Or le numéro est en fait le 6 (boîte aux lettres). A part ça, séjour excellent. Très belle piscine, maison très agréable. Tout le confort souhaité et surtout beaucoup de calme.
