It has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for you to sit back and relax. Besides the enormous freedom with fantastic and unique views, this house offers almost everything you could wish for. Constant improvements are being made such as: new insulated roof, individually controlled air conditioning in every room, several terraces, etc.

The town centre is just 500 m away if you would like to explore the little town. Stock up your essentials from the local grocery store is 4 km away.

A furnished garden and terrace are in place to relish a glass of wine with your dear ones. Explore your culinary talents with the barbecue in place. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed in the property for an extra charge of €25/pet/stay. A parking is available in the premises. The air conditioning and fireplace provides pleasant ambience. The complete terrace around the pool is also renewed. In 2021, the entire terrace around the pool was renewed. There is an automatic water filling system so that the water level is always maintained. The terrace furniture has also been renewed. In early 2022, the terrace at the house was extended and retiled with the same type of tile as at the pool. There is a smart TV with all Dutch channels via dish and French channels and a Google chromecast connected. The entire house has air conditioning which can be controlled per room. The house has a separate studio with sleeping accommodation for two people with full-sized beds and a sofa bed in case of unexpected guests and its own shower and toilet and is directly accessible from the terrace.
