Not a very good location.
"It was a very nice hotel, but not in a very good location. The staff were kind enough to provide a bike to get around easier, but it was still quite a ways from the beach, and the nearest 7-11 was 1km away. Not too many shops nearby either. But the hotel was comfortable. Although one other downside ..."

It is a provincial Thai place, with many nice people and lovely food. We were in the middle of tropical Storm Pudak so it reduced our sightseeing.
