Upstairs was dragging wooden chairs Across the floor which is unpleasant at 11pm Easy fix put just buy the pads for the bottoms of chairs . Fix these problems And the hotel is a 9.4 "

I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "
