The front desk had a person who was very sweet and attentive and that one was Flavia. The rooms, the view, the service and the atmosphere was spectacular."

"I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially at the start of my stay when they went the extra mile to help with my taxi from the airport. During my stay they were also helpful with suggestions about what to do in Naples and courteous and friendly in the mornings at breakfast. The hotel is very clean, smart and contemporary looking whilst also being a historic building. I really liked the central courtyard that is also a dining area. Breakfast was good and there was always a lot of choice of food. Food is also served in the evenings at the hotel. The menu wasn't huge, but the food was very good and reasonably priced. The adjoining bar is very popular and has a terrace with a view out over the bay. The room was clean and smart. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The hotel is within walking distance of three funicular lines down into the centre of Naples and also the park of the Villa Floridiana is 2 minutes away whilst the beautiful and interesting Certosa di San Martino and the Castel Sant'Elmo, both with stunning views over the city, are about a 15 minute walk. "

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! "The hotel staff were great, polite and efficient. Breakfast had a good amount of items and well stocked. He room was clean and offered good facilities. We had hired a car so didn't explode too much by foot around the hotel but there was a few fruit stalls and shops around. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends. "
