Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), open-hearth fireplace, bath/shower/WC and double hand-basin. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use.
