"Die Chefin und ihr Team sind sehr fleißig. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Als Suite würde ich es aber aufgrund der Größe nicht bezeichnen.
Bei Expedia heißt es Hundelieb. Das Gefühl hatten wir leider nicht. Der Hund darf nicht in den Garten. Ich kann ihn doch nicht 8 Stunden ins Zimmer sperren. Sind dann nach Bardolino ins Strandbad gefahren zum Baden. Da war unser Hund ohne Extrapreis willkommen.
Es gab auch keinen Wassernapf für den Hund. Unser Hund ist gut erzogen und war nicht so...
"Dieses besonders schöne und saubere Hotel lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist in einem ansehnlichen und gepflegten Zustand.
Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe sucht, wäre es die etwas abseits gelegene Lage. Bis zum Hafen/Strand muss man etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg und die Überwindung einiger Höhenmeter einplanen."

"very old building with bad smell everywhere. Air conditioner was useless, the refrigerator was probably 60 years old and wasn't working. The entrance of the hotel made it look like a long deserted building with no life in it. Beds inside were placed in the room with no consideration to ev, just at random spots like in one mobile tent after a natural disaster of some sort."
