"We arrived at the hotel about 10 am, exhausted from a flight from the United States. We were immediately given our room, no reminding us that check in is at 2:00 pm, as it admittedly is. We were ready to pay extra for early check in because we were so tired but it never got to that point. SO GRATEFUL! Also, I forgot to print our train tickets before we left home. I was able to print them at the hotel at no charge. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Loved everything about this place. ❤️"

"A bit rundown & the facility needs more care. Spa was out of order which it was the mail reason I booked this hotel. Location is not bad but 20/30 min walk to all attractions. No caffee maker or elec kettle in the room which was very inconvenient. Few nice restaurants close by but better restaurants are within 20 min walk. Staff were friendly & helpful. Parking compare to other hotels was high ($20 per night). "

"Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi. Good service at the hotel Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee. Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging. Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔 Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again."
