The local agent had no record of our booking, nobody spoke English. Eventually spoke on the phone to someone who told us to return at 4pm and they'd sort something out. We were asked to sign papers written only in Spanish that could not be explained to us. Property was not the property we booked. Property was not properly cleaned,...
