"Very welcoming and helpful staff, a clean, updated Hotel in a great location. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms / showers great. Lovely towels and partial view of ocean. 5minute walk to the wharf/ ferry and restaurants. Only complaint was the traffic noise we could hear from the room when windows open. But we slept well and would happily stay here again. "

"The only negative was the evening meal. The batter in my fish was uncooked adjacent to the fish and the fish itself was cool inside. My wife had the salmon special which was raw inside and had to go back to the kitchen to be cooked."

"Sylvia and Don's cottage was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We loved the location: close to town, but a little out of the way and with access to the water. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the eagles swoop in and out of the trees and down to the water. The cottage is well appointed and very clean and comfortable. It's always a bonus to find places where our dog is also welcome! "
