"We found this home and decided to meet in Kentucky this year. For the last 32 years we've been meeting in Tennessee - Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area. Very clean home with good accomodations. If you bring all your food, drink, etc. you do not have to leave if you don't want to. Homeowner was very accomodating emailed code and time we could check in home. Thank you!"

"This was my fourth day at the resort, accommodations were excellent but went to the restaurant and I don't know what's happened but the food wasn't good I got the sliders and it was like a Frozen patty that tasted like an old steer. The last time i ate was excellent.. definitely will be back for the accommodations I think I'll hold off on the restaurant though"

"Had a wonderful time! The cabin was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating dinner outside on the porch with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to fish, canoe, kayak, and sit by the campfire and enjoy the sound of nature. The property was stunning and everyone was so excited to see it for the first time! It was very private and provided a true cabin experience with all the extra creature comforts inside. Andrew was very accommodating and answered every question we had. Check-in and check-out were seamless."

"We were in town for a short stay to visit with family. This rental was a great location for our stay, easy access to pretty much anywhere in town. Simple little cabin with really nice amenities. There was a small problem with the mini splits when we got there but the property managers were super responsive and had it fixed right away. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this by far had the best coffee and tea options with several different types of appliances. There were even snack options and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. Loved all the little things that made our visit easier like the luggage stands, extra blankets etc. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit."
