"Unit was ok. Very dated and in need of some TLC!!Damaged drywall in one bedroom (hole in the wall).Kitchen exhaust is not vented to exterior so the unit smells from whatever food was prepared.Unit was not cleaned well upon arrival. Wife snd granddaughter vacuumed and scrubbed the unit and bathrooms. Accommodations were OK. The best part of this unit is the LOCATION !!! It is literally Ski In & Ski Out. Lockers / Cages are available just inside where you enter & exit to go skiing. This is literally only 25 yards max to the lift & the Snowshoe Village.Everything we needed was an easy walk. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!!It rained like crazy on our 1st day but we received 9” of fresh powder and single digit temperatures that evening and the next (2) days were amazing.Welcome to Snowshoe "

"Love the pretty much ski and ski out. Hot tubs were busy but always had availability for sitting pool was nice and warm. They closed promptly at 10pm but staff was reasonable at closure. "

"Location was absolutely fantastic however this place is much older than it seems in the photos and the beds and pillows and linens were old and uncomfortable - owners really need to invest a little in this area and it would be a 5 star stay. "

"Very good communication and excellent location. The Mountain Lodge can be noisy but this unit is away from the main entrance and the ski slope access. The walk is definitely worth the peace and quiet."

"Overall, a good stay. We were right outside the playground area which was rough when trying to relax from snowboarding but they all adhered to the times set by the complex. We were not far from the slope so I would say that it is walk out onto the slope, but you do have to walk more into the village to get to the slope. Beds were comfortable, but the room was continuously hot and there was no way to update the thermostat. "
