"This is an ADORABLE and private little cabin! Very well kept and comfortable. If you're over 6'4" you will need to duck slightly in the bathroom. All the accommodations you could ask for in a remote cabin. Highly recommend! You will need some clearance for the dirt road in. Normal SUV or pickup is fine. Nothing crazy."

"Cabin was nice. It was well stocked. It was very convenient to the town activities as well as accessing the OHV trails on the Alpine Loop. We enjoyed it!"

"The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and our host was responsive and welcoming."

"Great place to stay with easy access to Engineer pass. Will stay again"

"The owner was excellent to deal with. Property overall was in good shape and comfortable."

"We had so much fun! The house was cozy and the amenities were perfect. Such a beautiful place. Highly recommend! We will be coming back :)"

"Perfect place to stay in beautiful Lake City. Just as described. Walking distance to everything in Lake City. Do no hesitate to book! Great communication by the host too!"

"Very convenient and quiet location. Loved the back yard!"

"Beautiful home on the river, close to the main areas in Gunnison. We loved everything about it! The hosts were great when we had an oven issue come up, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved using the new hot tub! Only note would be that we would've loved to have pics of the bathrooms on the listing just to ease any concerns before our arrival. But they were great, so it was no issue! Loved the steam shower! Thank you...

"The property was functional (i.e. everything worked) and met our needs. The yard was great for our dog. However, for the price we paid, the property needs a complete renovation inside and out."

"We loved this property! Updated and so clean. So close to Main Street so it was easy to walk everywhere. Communication with owner was fantastic. Very quick responses. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be staying here again!"
