"Sunny, the host, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Located just outside of a bus stop that easily took you into Split center city. Gorgeous views from our balcony. This is more of a boutique-style BnB, so bringing your own body wash and shampoo is recommended. If you forget, there’s a small Tommy’s (grocery store) less than a 10 min walk from the hotel. Would stay here again and again! "

"walking distance. My only regret is that a balcony room wasn’t available. We had 3rd and beautiful view of beach/ocean but no balcony. Owner/manager was very pleasant. My only complaint was the dryer taking quite a long time to dry clothes but other than that, definitely worth every dime. Recommend travel to Omiš for water/land excursions (15 minutes away). "

"Located one street from the sea, it is a great location that close enough to all the main streets / attractions. Having the roof terrace is wonderful to have breakfast outdoors or a drink in the evening. The rooms were large and very clean. Would recommend."

"Very modern and immaculately clean apartments on a beautiful beach! Everything you could want and more was available, from cookware to paddle boards. These rooms are by far the best value I could find in the area, and the hosts were also very kind and greeted me immediately on arrival with a drink. I hope to come back soon!"

"Very well kept property managed by Bol Homes, young professional guys. Steps from magnificent beaches away from the hype of Zlatni Rat. Mind the way back to the apartment is a steep street but that’s how things are in these places."

"We had a top floor apartment with great sea view from the balconies. Very modern and clean. Only a ten minutes walk to a lovely beach and 5 minutes to the local grocery shop. Accessible to both the centre of Split and to Omis via bus. Good communication with the owner Ivica throughout our stay and happy to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Rent nytt och fräscht. Väl långt ifrån strand och restauranger men ok. Mycket vänlig värd som mötte oss vid ankomsten, hade såklart varit enklare med en reception men det fungerade bra. Sämst att Hotels.com inte skickat kontaktuppgifter till värden vilket var angivet i vår bekräftelse. Tog verkligen mycket tid att få fram det, tur vi började i god tid."

"Well maintained apartment building with beautiful flowers around the property. The apartment itself was fully equipped and clean. Great scenery-the walk to the apartment was spectacular with the mountains just above. The owner of the apartment, "gospoda Nada" was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"

"Sehr nette, hilfsbereite, lustige und engagierte ältere Kontaktperson. Unterkunft bisschen weiter von der Strandpromenade entfernt (zu Fuss 10min mit Treppen) Unser Apartment war im Unterstock somit ein bisschen wenig Licht aber für uns ausreichend und i.O "

"Nice apartment, clean, spacious etc. There is a Church next door with a massive bell that rings every 30 minutes from 6am to 9pm. If you are sensitive to noise this will be an issue. "

"Nice and clean apartment. Based on pictures you don’t actually know what kind of room you get as photos in hotels.com include photos from different available rooms. It was also a bit unclear how to check-in. I called the reservation office and they called to the next person who then came and showed our apartment. Also worth mentioning that tou get only 2-3 toilet paper rolls and after that you are supposed to buy your own. This is quite unique solution. However, nice and clean apartment."

"Helt ok boende, men sängen var det värsta vi vart med om. Den knakade så mycket att det inte gick att sova i den. Kändes som hela grannskapet skulle vakna så fort man vred sig. Resten av vistelsen sov vi i bäddsoffan. Man får vad man betalar för så att säga. :)"

"Apartment is small and quite dark as its on the ground floor, but this meant it was cool even on very hot days. It's really well equipped with everything we needed. The only slight issue we found was the bells from the clock tower 50yards away, they start at 6am and stop at 10pm. Didn't cause us issues as we wake up early but not great for those who want a lie in. Location is perfect just a few mins walk to the small back streets with great restaurants and close to the harbour."
