"Our room was very clean, and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. The AC cooled the room nicely, but will not work when you are out of the room, because you have to pull your key card to lock the room behind you. This is pretty common in Europe. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and our hot tub, and the water temperatures were good. Breakfast had many options, with fresh, hot items and also cold meat and cheeses and fresh fruit. Coffee was good as well as the fresh yogurt. Warning that everywhere in Oia there are steps, so to get to and from your hotel and around the shops and restaurants, there is a lot of walking and steps, so if you have difficulty walking or with steps, this area is not a good destination for you. But the hotel did send someone to bring our luggage to and from the room, which was definitely needed! Make sure to bring cash for tipping, because it’s really physically taxing to bring suitcases on the rolling handcart through all the steps. The view from the hotel is AMAZING! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The experience is unforgettable. I do highly recommend this hotel, I can think of nothing negative about staying here. One nice, unexpected thing they did was, since we had a checkout early in the morning, the evening before they brought a tray with fruit, instant coffee and other food, since we would miss breakfast. That was a nice touch! Definitely get Greek yogurt, honey and walnuts every breakfast!"
