"We needed wheelchair accessible, and the room was really too small for the wheelchair to move around. The commode was very low making it difficult to get my elderly aunt up & down, and I couldn’t get her in a bathtub, but there were no walk-in showers available."

"Decor/looks was good. Our isue was our handicap room key. We were there three nights & had to get three new key cards to get into our room. Staff tried first time with card received. Tried their master. Didn't work. Issued new one that had to be jiggled to open the door. Three nights of that..... Breakfast offering was extremely sparse!! Didn't even bother our last morning.....won't stay again..... "

"Quirky mix of good and fair. We arrived early, called the phone number and Andrew (whom my wife calls The Invisible Man) responded quickly with call back to electronically open the door. He checked and allowed us early entry into our room. Here's the thing; I'm torn on the score on this place. We really liked it overall. Terrific location--you can walk to coffee and downtown and a bunch of restaurants. You have to have an access code. One person forgot their phone in room with access code and couldn't get back in. There's no staff on premised until after 2:30. Check in and out are electronic. They are renovating downtown so parking is limited when workmen are there but we found parking close by pretty easily. We requested room tidy up one time and it wasn't done. I'd suggest actually talking to Michelle or onsite staff about any issues. Room was clean and modern. Yes, walls seem thin. We didn't have any issues. Modern hotel close to everything. Just wonky."

" Very dated hotel. Lots of peeling paint. Toilet seat was not attached to stool. The flush handle on the toilet was falling off. Had to hold it to flush. Breakfast was skimpy compared to other la Quintas. Nothing much to eat. Decaffeinated coffee looked like mud. The staff however was amazing. That’s the only reason we stayed. It wasn’t their fault. The grounds had trash bags everywhere. The bags were sitting in front of trash cans. TV didn’t come in clear. "
