On site, the owner, a retired cabinetmaker, will be happy to talk to you about his passion for wood and will be able to show you his collection of old tools exhibited in his "Musée du Huchier". In the village of Poucharramet, this holiday home is located around thirty kilometers from Toulouse. Walled garden. Parking, table tennis. Many activities and walks nearby (hiking trails on site, Maison de la Terre 200m away (Country bistro), lake 1km away, La Biérataise brasserie-restaurant 3km away, Tépacap treetop adventure park 4km away, etc.). Bus stop for Toulouse in front of the house. On the ground floor: entrance, large living room, kitchen with dining area opening onto the garden, shower room/WC. Upstairs: mezzanine converted into a reading area, sleeping area made up of 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm)(1 double bed 140cm)(1 single bed 120cm) separated by wooden partitions not reaching the top (privacy of view only), WC. Gas central heating. Pets not allowed. Walled garden. Another gîte in the adjoining part of the house.
