"The house was in great shape and had everything we needed for a great weekend. We needed Brande to stop by and check in on something and she was there within minutes to help."

"Very unclean place. My husband and I were there for a hour and left. We took our daughter there for the night to visit the “waterpark” and it was so uncomfortable and so dirty we didn’t even stay the night. The couches in the room had stains. I took pictures of everything. My husband went to the bathroom in the pool area and the said the was a pile of dirty towels in there almost as tall as he is. The “waterpark” is a very misleading word to use. The water is absolutely freezing. My daughter would even go in it. I tried to walk in it to show her it wasn’t so bad and I couldn’t even handle it. Half of the “waterpark” didn’t even work or spray the water it was supposed too "

"Leak in the shower water hose. Container of milk was sour, English muffins not fresh. The hotel staff never apologized or made it right for the inconvenience. Hotel staff not welcoming. "

"Facility was under construction, probably due to outdated rooms. Plumbing backed up while trying to dress for wedding shower. Instead of fixing, provided us with a working bathroom down the hall. Very disappointing. "
