"The breakfasts were good, although they weren't included, but it was hard to get an evening meal. The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again."

"We don't normally bother reviewing, but this stands out as a place we will talk about for years for how awful it was. We were disappointed from the moment we arrived. Don't be fooled by the peaceful pictures, there is a fast/busy road out the front. We chose this place because the website said it could accommodate dietary requests. We booked months ago and emailed at the time of the booking to say we were vegan. When we arrived, they had changed the menu the day before. 1 sad choice only meant...

"Easy check in taken to room which had everything you need very clean, tidy and modern. By the looks of the room it had recently been decorated and perhaps updated been done very nicely. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a meal early evening, four of us, different choices and we all enjoyed our meals. Breakfast in the morning was good with a nice choice. Nice garden area with lots of space and tables overlooking the broads, ideal location. Would definitely recommend staying here."
