"I was pleasantly surprised. This boutique hotel has a nice lobby and common areas. The rooms are beautiful decorated and the small size is good for 1 or 2 people. Close to transportation, U4 line is 4 blocks away and it takes 10 minutes and 2 stops away from Opera. There are no mini fridge or coffee in rooms, but coffee and water are available all day on dining area. Customer service is superb. They all were very nice and welcoming. There are 2 small elevators and a big group arrived during my stay, so I used the wide stairs. However, these need better lighting on upper floors. Breakfast was delicious and vast. I will definitely stay here again. "
