"The host was very responsive and even late at night, she accommodated my group quickly. The house had everything we needed. beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen amenities. The only downside is that there are alot of ants inside the property but i know its common around the area so we got bit quite a few times unfortunately. The pool area has a grill and common area to share. Overall great experience, we definitely will be coming back."

"Wonderful property, perfect for our multi-generational family. Ana from Yellowfin Tours became our go between with staff, a big help and Google translate! Jimmy house manager was right on any issues! Mercedes and her crew kept us cleaned up and the pool guy was great! We used the recommended Chef for 3 nights, very good and very reasonable. "The team members are phenomenal. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. They really are what makes the experience. The room was spacious and the shower was *chefs kiss*. The activities around the pool and nightly shows were a blast. It is a hilly property so they have carts to pick you up and take you to your destination if you don't want to be hiking everywhere. Great gym. The only issue we had was the wait times for dinner if you don't want to do the buffet. It’s first come, first serve but the wait was always 1 1/2 - 2 hours, even the day we showed up at 6:02 for service that started at 6 pm (this was after being told we couldn’t put our names on the list af 5:50 so we grabbed a drink and came back.) Overall, it was a great experience."
