"A very nice property as described, with a large terrace, overlooked on most sides but with an unexpected view of the castle and swooping swifts making up for it. The host was very helpful throughout and kindly left us a generous welcome pack. I had no problem finding local street parking. Happy to recommend if touring the area by car. The train station and supermarket both less than 5-10 mins walk away."

"The apartment was perfect for our stay. Our favourite part was the beautiful, big balcony with a view. The little kitchen balcony was perfect for morning coffees. Anna was so kind and attentive. Overall the apartment was big, beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and I’d recommend it to everyone."

"Everything was great with one exception. We were not warned that the building heating system was turned off for the season. On the first few days of our stay in late May the weather was quite cold. We contacted building management and they were very helpful in supplying a portable electric heater to take the edge off the cold."

"We booked this property in early March 2023 for 5 days. We were coming from the USA for the first time to visit Italy. "Luigi and Paula were awesome hosts. Their home is absolutely stunning! There was not a single thing that I would change… it was perfect. If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. My family enjoyed swimming after long days walking in Rome."

"A wonderful property with lovely staff. We had a delicious evening meal with a chef who spoke English! Last time we stayed there was no evening dinner but the host suggested some great restaurants in town! Very little English spoken but a highly rated property at a fair price. We’d stay again!!!"
