"The bathroom needs improvement. Shower leaks all over the floor and you can see the damage from long time leaks. Room was clean though. It’s not far from the highway so there is traffic noise and also early morning noise from guests that work in the area and start early in the mornings. Overall it was what I expected for a small town. Being clean though was a big plus!"

"The hotel is very rundown. My room was falling apart with a broken window (cracked with air coming in) and the entire frame was falling off. I felt very unsafe on the first floor, as anyone could have come through the window. The room was also very dirty and looked like they started a flooring project but decided to randomly stop for no reason."

"While it’s nothing fancy, and is needing some uodates - it was just what we were looking for. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice hot showers and had amenities like mini fridge and microwave in our room. Pool area wasnt super inviting, but it was functioning - so that’s a bonus (and also sounds like they’ve been doing renovations). Various local restaurants within walking distance, nice and quiet at night, staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I booked a room with two queens. When I got my keys, the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The on-site manager did get me a replacement with a king quickly. That bed, however, must have been there since the place opened. Very uncomfortable. The whole place could use some upkeep. Very nice full breakfast each day."

"We slept very well in this cozy cottage and enjoyed using the well-equipped kitchen. We liked being near downtown as well as being just a short distance from Cochise Lake where we went birdwatching twice. We sat on the front porch and it felt like being in homes that we had had in our childhoods. We played games at the dining room table and watched TV from a comfortable double recliner in the living room. Highly recommended!"
