  • This villa rental is situated on top of a rocks in the Fornillo area in Positano. This privileged spot, in Positano, between the sea, and the country make this house a special place whit breathtaking view . the house is surrounded by plants and trees. close to the town center and at the same time reserved and quiet. There are many steps to reach it, but the reward is a unique view. This apartament on the top of villa Boscariello has a very large terrace 65 sqm one bedroom, one bathroom, the living room with kitchenette and sofà bed. the private terrace with a magnificent view is simply spectacular. Each room is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Giovanni was very helpful to arrange where to arrive he guided us up to the home for check in. Beautiful place and we enjoyed the relaxed location.

Positano. Best possible view.

Not a big review writer, but this place is a postcard at the top of 210 steps. You get used to the steps and the view is worth it. Great place.

Perfect place in Positano

Wonderful location with great views, located in a quieter part of town. The property is very clean and well cared for. Giovanni is a great and responsive host.

Incredible place!!!

I and my daughter stayed at Giovanni’s place abd founs it to be incredible It was just as advertised, a rarity. Considerable steps to climb if you go down to the business district but all worth it. Really a beautiful place. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Positano. The outdoor patio had the best views in town!

Giovanni was a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to get a few small issues resolved quickly. The apartment had everything you would need and was very comfortable.

We had a spectacular stay at Giovanni's place in Positano! The apartment was comfortable, spotless, and perfectly located with a breathtaking terrace view of the sea and cliffside villas. The steps down to the beach were part of the adventure— and well worth it for the views along the way.Giovanni was a wonderful host, kind and welcoming, and made sure everything was just right for our visit. He even booked us a taxi to and from and arranged to have our suitcases brought up and down!!Our family loved every moment here and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Excellent Trip!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and really loved it there! The view was beyond beautiful and none of these photos really do it justice. It is overwhelmingly beautiful! The minute we arrived, we felt relaxed! We spent a lot of time wandering around Positano and loved the shops and great restaurants.

It was great, the view was amazing and Giovanni was exceptional with communication

Beautiful view and close to pretty much everything we needed to do! Our advice is to bring some good shoes for the stairs and do one or teo big grocery shops with a backpack and you’ll be good to go! No complaints with the house it was a perfect bit of paradise to chill out and rest.

Don’t pass this up!

As long as you don’t mind steps (which if you’re going to Positano that should be expected), don’t pass up staying at this place. Giovanni was very helpful and his property is amazing. The views are incredible. What a unique property and experience. It was the perfect stay for my honeymoon!

Holiday apartment with the best views!

The apartment is basic but spotless and feels very well cared for. Best of all is the very large terrace which has panoramic views over the bay, the village and to the hills beyond. It was quite a climb to reach the property, but the views are the reward!

Great apartment- stunning views. Just make sure you’re fit because you’ll be climbing a lot of steps.

Beautiful View in Positano

We had a wonderful stay in Positano at Giovanni's place. It was a lot of stairs-- but so worth it for the view. Due to the location of this apartment, it feels less crowded/busy compared to the main beach of Positano. We really enjoyed Da Ferdiando's at Fornillo Beach (we rented chairs/umbrella two days at the Beach Club). You can't find this view anywhere else!! The pictures are incredibly accurate and the view is jaw dropping!

Fantastic

This was by far our favorite place we stayed in Iraly. Giovanni was very nice and helpful. The steps... wow its a very long way up and down but the view is spectacular!!! Very comfortable and clean. He even greeted us with a bottle of his own wine he made. Overall loved Positano and the apartment!

Perfect positano getaway

This apartment is the perfect accommodation. The AC works great. The balcony is huge with a killer view! There are a lot of stairs but you get used to them and learn to appreciate as you eat more and more pasta. :) it is also on a quieter side of the town which was really nice. I will recommend to all my friends and family this place.

The host was excellent at communicating and responded very quickly to our queries. The apartment was compact, simply furnished with a small shower. The star of the show was the outstanding patio. It is stunning and offers incredible views.The location of this property does need to be much clearer for guests. There is no street access and the only route to access the property is to climb 225 vertical steep steps from street level. This is not clear enough in the property listing. We had little luggage but the steps made simple things like bringing large bottles of water or any groceries to the apartment difficult. Even popping out to grab a take away coffee in the am to enjoy on the terrace required you to you navigate 450 steep steps.If you have any mobility issues, have small children, or are unaccustomed to climbing this volume and height of steps this is not the place for you. The listing states it is a 9 mins walk to the beach this is not accurate. The most direct route has hundreds of steep steps down to the beach - it would take you over 30 mins of a constant vertical climb to get back. Walking by the road is a minimum 15-20 mins walk & even longer on the way back.When in Positano you expect to climb as you walk, as it is built into a cliff edge, but this listing should be clearer that there is no street / road access, that you have to climb 225 steps to gain access to the property. I have circled in green where the house is located to show you the height.

Amazing views

We had an amazing time in Positano. Our apartment was great. The views are worth the 224 steps it takes to get to it from the road. Giovanni was very helpful. He made check in very easy and gave us the lay of the land when we arrived. He also left us a bottle of his homemade wine and a couple of beers :)

Breathtaking!!

This is the perfect place to stay in Positano! We absolutely loved the property. The location is wonderful and close to the best restaurants (Posides for breakfast, Da Vincenzo and Il Fornillo for dinner) in town. The steps are definitely worth the views. Giovanni was super helpful and left a wonderful bottle of his own wine for us to enjoy. We couldn’t have asked for a better 10th anniversary trip! Highly recommend!!

Awesome property in Positano!

This villa on a hillside in Positano is amazing. The /views from the extremely large patio are phenomenal. Giovanni was an excellent host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us insight on the property and Positano, and leaving a bottle of his home made red wine and also a local beer to enjoy. He also helped coordinate a transfer for when we left Positano The views and the property are so much better in person than what is shown on the pictures on the VRBO site. If we ever visit Positano again, we will book Giovanni's villa again.

Great views over Positano

For the price this was an excellent stay! The apartment is spacious and has a large terrace with amazing views over Positano and with good views over towards Priano as well. Not sure these will be beaten in Positano at any price point! As noted on other reviews there are a lot of stairs but it was worth it. Giovanni was extremely helpful with check in and helping to arrange our transfers. The property is a little tired but had all the amenities we required and for the price and views I would recommend a stay here.
