The house is located in the middle of a listed park, which is only accessible to holiday guests. The property is surrounded on all sides by the "Üselitzer Wiek", a protected natural bay in the south of Rügen.

The apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of the manor house and is approximately 45 square meters. The apartment is a studio apartment with an open floor plan with a sleeping area, living area, well-equipped kitchen and free-standing bathtub. There is also an extra bathroom. All windows overlook the estate park and the surrounding water landscape.

The apartment is only available to you as tenants. In addition, the entire estate can be used by the tenants of the seven apartments for walks and picnics.
