"I found 2 situations: first there are any glass of water for 2 persons per day as all hotels provided them. 2nd the courtain plastic at the bathroom fall down twice as it can be dangerous for children or elderly persons (the system is dangerous/insecure)"

Pipe lines were not functioning, running water was dirty smelly and cold, room service terrible, one night they let us out and we got to come back to the front desk to reactivate the key and check the reason, really expensive for what they were offering. Pool was really cold. Not true with advertising. "

"The staff is amazing. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our hotel room had no water in the kitchen, and the AC did not work. We were also never told that the hotel was under construction, so our entire stay was filled with construction noise. Hammering, saw noises, paint smell, and construction workers and tools in the elevators and hallways. It was not the experience that we thought that we were going to receive. I wish we would have been told about all of this prior to booking, or at least at check in. That way we could have made the decision as to if that is what we were interested in or not."
