"Receptionist rude upon check in. Everyone else seemed rather nice & hospitable. Breakfast was very tasty & a lot of variety . I would stay here again but give some of the front desk guys some helpful instructions on customer service ."

"We had a wonderful stay at LOGINN Hotel Köln Airport and would happily stay here again. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. We were also fortunate to have a nice view overlooking the street, which we enjoyed. The hotel is in a great location, with very easy access to the S-Bahn station, making travel into Cologne city centre quick and convenient. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. The reception team were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They kindly stored my wife’s medication in a fridge during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. They also arranged a late check-out for us and stored our luggage after check-out, allowing us to enjoy our final day in Cologne without any stress. The lobby area is spacious, comfortable, and a great place to relax. We spent several hours there before our evening flight and were even able to enjoy food we had ordered, which made our departure day much more comfortable. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent staff, clean and spacious rooms, good facilities, a convenient location, and outstanding value for money. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our trip to Cologne so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. 😊🏨✈️"

"My wife spotted this hotel - it was a the same price as a couple I had seen, but the reviews were better and it didn't disappoint. Super breakfast, helpful staff, air-conditioned, well maintained and a great location just a 15 minute walk fro the station / cathedral. We saw the hotels I had identified on-line which were on top of busy roads, and we were so pleased we stayed here."

"We arrived a little early because it was very hot in the city center. Thankfully, our room was ready and the staff were so kind as to let us into our room early. I had read some reviews that were a little negative and was slightly concerned prior to our arrival. All the negative issues were non-existent for us. Our room was at the end of the hall, near the Autobahn and we did not hear any vehicle noise during the night. The beds were suitable for the sleep that we needed, though a little softer would have been absolutely perfect. The room is actually quite spacious, with a kitchenette, a cabinet that resembles a locker, separate toilet and good sized bathing area. I would say the only negative is that there is no closed in area to change, so if you are there with someone you are not intimate with, it could get a little uncomfortable. Definitely recommend!!"
