"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

However, the actual apartment was left in an unkempt state which rendered it unlivable based on the cost I had paid and for which I am still awaiting a refund of my funds because I had no choice but to seek alternative accommodations as contacting the property management was futile.
