Perfect in Every Way
Our start couldn’t have been more perfect! Less than 5 minutes from my daughters school and we felt right at home with every possible thing you can think of, meaning if you forgot something, it was there! Great host and we will for sure stay again! Sunrise and sunset was spectacular!!!

Great Find
I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful cottage while visiting Rhode Island. I love the Portsmouth area and this location was outstanding. It's a beautiful, 2 BR space perfect for a short stay. BTW the beds and linens are excellent. Two quick notes...the space has an adorable small deck with table and nice views of the marina. But it does not have open water views as pictured. And while it does have a very nice kitchen with small fridge, coffee maker etc, it does not have a stove top or toaster oven. We learned the hard way after buying fresh fish and resorting to cooking on a hot plate outside so as not to stink up the place. Made for a great memory! Many thanks to the hosts for a great stay. Getaway
This was a perfect rental for my family and I (and our dog)! The yard was a good size and we loved the shore area for our dog to swim. We enjoyed using the fire pit right on the ocean a couple of nights which was great!

We had such a time time in Portsmouth
The house was a relaxing set up and gave us all space. There is a marina next door to the house so we didn’t swim, but views were great and the neighborhood was lovely. The owners were so helpful.

Exceeded Expectations
Spent a week here with my wife, 2 YR old daughter, and her nanny. The home and the property are gorgeous. When we saw the pics online it looked a little dated but we wanted to be right on the water and the price was right so we booked. When we entered the home we were very presently surprised. The wood is stunning, the home is very nicely decorated, the kitchen was very well provisioned (best we've ever had from VRBO rental) and the views and yard are just incredible. Host was very friendly and helpful, accommodating several of our annoying requests with no complaints or extra charges. He gave us the code the morning of check in and the house was ready early and sparkling when we got there. Only minor complaints were the rooms upstairs are very bright and the shades aren't great so expect some bright light at sunrise (or in our case, crying baby, we had to go buy black trash bags an painters tape first day so we could get some sleep) coming through those amazing picture windows or plan to get really creative trying to block it. We also found the mattress on the master was blown out and we kept waking up in a hole, on top of each other, in the center, and it wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We are already looking at dates to come back to this little paradise on the water.
