"Room was very neat and clean. Staff upon arrival was very helpful recommending a downtown sports bar for a football game we wanted to watch. Parking was right outside the door to our room! My only personal drawback was a too soft bed."

"Property was very unique. No front lobby or staff on-site, but very responsive when we texted or called. Rooms were small and modern, bathroom also small but well-stocked. Location is great! Right next to the bridge and very walkable to all the restaurants, stores, and tourist sites. Parking was right across the street, however price is not included in room rate. Worth it all the same."

"I believe three people called out sick, so our experience at the rooftop restaurant Envio was absolutely terrible. We waited half hour in line just to check in for our reservation. We didn’t get our drinks and appetizers until an hour after ordering. It wasn’t the fault of the staff that was present, but the restaurant should not have been open because they were unable to accommodate guests. We did not remain to order a main course. The rest of our stay at the hotel was fantastic, however."

"Our rooms were super clean and smelled fresh. Patio is wonderful in the morning, great view of the island Shoales ferry coming and going. Club breakfast was lovely. Staff was helpful and available."
