The Space:

The home is accessible through an entrance on the side of the building.

There is a large kitchen fully equipped for cooking.

The living room has seating for 6 and a smart TV for you to login to your favorite streaming services.

Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses, white noise machines and blackout curtains for cozy sleep.

The bathroom is a shower tub combo with all the essentials.

The home is located in Brighton Portsmouth, an area directly adjacent to the naval shipyard. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of a variety of industrial, residential, and business properties. Restaurants and entertainment in the immediate area is sparse. However, the neighborhood is ten minutes from downtown Portsmouth, an artsy area with a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment.

We do not host events and we ask that you keep noise at a reasonable volume,

We have parking for one vehicle in the rear of the unit. Your parking area is on the right.

You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.
