"Hi, you had to change our hotel to the Queens Hotel as the Royal beach couldn't book us due to unforeseen circumstances whatever that means, however the Queens Hotel and staff were excellent, got a welcome pack for the dog, and they get 11/10, so cant comment or review the Royal beach"

"Just an overnight stay after docking from the ferry late at night. Hotel receptionist extremely friendly and helpful. Room clean but quite dated as seems to be the rest of the hotel. Breakfast quite good especially if you like a full English. Parking could possibly be an issue, very limited free hotel parking and pay parking on the street limited. Overall fine for an overnight clean and tidy but definitely not

"Exceeded my expectations, very good central location for Southsea and easy walk into Portsmouth. Off road Parking is worth the extra as nearby streets are narrow for on road parking. The Staff are all great, the spacious room with comfortable bed and excellent breakfast - what more one ask for. We will return in spring to meet up with friends again. "
