This unique waterfront retreat offers sweeping ocean views from every room, and includes two separate living spaces!
Second story, upper unit with 2 bedroom, full bath, open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Lower unit, connected by exterior staircase, provides additional master bedroom, full bath, kitchen and living room, with pull-out couch for added sleeping accommodations.
Both levels have central air conditioning & separate entrances which you can use for yourself or share with visiting family or friends!

Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and gorgeous ocean views from the wrap-around balcony and upper deck, as well as sprawling lower patio, pier, dock, and private stretch of beach! And the fun doesn’t end there...

Just 20 minutes from historic downtown Newport, Rhode Island, you can soak up the sun at one of the island’s beautiful beaches, or spend your time exploring the many wonderful harborside restaurants, shops, and night clubs.

Ideal Portsmouth Location

This is an ideal private waterfront location. This property is absolutely perfect for a fun family getaway. The home is clean, has central air, is spacious, has all the modern amenities, and views of the water from every room in the house. The owner provided kayaks and bodyboards which added to the fun!

A million dollar view

What a beautiful location. Right on the water, close to restaurants, close to Newport. Secluded, quiet location. Overall terrific. Minor complaints (food in one of two refrigerators, one of two televisions apparently not hooked up to cable or WiFi), but they didn’t diminish a great experience.
