Offering a cost effective alternative to a hotel stay for large groups, our second property and brand new-build deluxe Portrush holiday home sleeps up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms. It has 3 kings, 1 double and 3 triples (10 individual beds) with 3.5 bathrooms.

Situated on the scenic North Antrim coast it's a short walk to the amenities of Portrush town centre and the Harbour/Ramore. A host of tourist attractions, blue flag beaches and the world class Royal Portrush Golf Club are on the doorstep.

This red brick, 3 storey holiday home extends to over 2100 sq ft; and displays pictures, canvases and collages of local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. A DVD collection is available for guests to use during their stay. Elephants are a decorative theme in the property, as symbol of good luck, fortune and protection. Each well provisioned bedroom has its own theme and high quality bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is named after a local townland or area.

Living Room

Spacious bright living room with tiled wooden flooring and luxurious seating for up to 14 persons. Large flat screen HD TV, with a gas fire and ambient lighting. Feature canvas of 'Rihanna's Tree' from Bangor Co Down.


Kitchen/Dining

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen featuring a large dining table for seating up to 14. There is ample crockery, dishes, glassware, ovenware, pots and pans. there are 2 full size ovens and a 5 ring ceramic hob. An american style fridge freezer dispenses water and ice on demand.

Garden Area

The dining area opens through patio doors onto a fully enclosed garden area, with ample seating and tables with a BBQ for alfresco cooking.

King Bedroom - ‘Rathlin’

Striking red and black checked comforter, pillows and cushion, with matching grey curtains and bedding. Sumptuous grey textured sleigh bed. HD 'smart'TV with built in DVD player. In blue and silver tones. Extensive storage, bedside tables and ambient lighting. Wall mounted HD 'smart' TV with built in DVD player. Feature canvas of the West Strand Beach in Portrush.

King Bedroom – ‘Whitepark’

In tones of Black, gold and grey with views over the green. Stylish black sleigh bed. Wall mounted HD 'smart' TV with built in DVD player. Ample storage. Ensuite shower room. Feature canvas of the famous cranes from Harland & Wolff Shipyard Belfast.

Double Bedroom – ‘Dunseverick’

In tones of aubergine, grey and white. Bedside shelves and wardrobe. Wall mounted HD 'smart' TV with DVD player.

Triple Room – ‘Mussendun’

A striking silver, black and yellow colour scheme matches the canvases depicting the Harland & Wolff cranes. 3 single beds (or configured as a single and superking on request) with drawer and wardrobe space. HD 'Smart' combi TV/DVD player.

Triple Room – ‘Carrick - a - Rede’

Striking mauve and silver colour schemes with matching feature canvases. 3 single beds (or configured as a single and superking on request). Ample drawer and wardrobe space wit combi HD 'smart' TV/DVD player.

Main Bathroom - With bath, shower cubicle, basin & WC with grey tiling. Sumptuous 600gsm high quality dark grey towels are provided. One bath sheet and 1 hand towel per guest.

The Grove is well equipped for babies and children. There is a cot, highchair, cot bedding, kids dishes and cutlery.

The Grove welcomes dogs. You will find leads, bowls, poop bags, dog shampoo, dog towels, dog toys, dog beds all for you use whilst you are at The Grove.
