Very comfy well equipped older cottage. Keith was great to chat with. The 4 mile one track road in was slow due to the traffic to the Talisker Distillery but that is no fault of the cottage. Just a fact on Skye!"

"Eileen Isay was the perfect central location for us to explore Isle of Skye. Dunvegan Castle, Fairy Pools, prehistoric Brochs, hiking in the Cuillins and our favourite hike The Quiraing. Absolutely jaw dropping scenery and magic weather all week. The cottage was ideal for us, cosy, warm, very comfy bed and everything we needed. Every evening we sat by the bay window and watched the amazing sunsets, all of which made our Golden Anniversary a very memorable one. Thankyou Marion!"

"We loved our stay at Ridge Edge Cottage! The neighbors (and their dog) were wonderful and it was so fun to live among the locals for a few nights. You have everything you need here including a washing machine (no dryer). The dishes were not all clean in the cabinet but that was an easy fix with the dish soap provided. It is quite far from Portree (45-60 minutes) but well worth the drive. "

"Hugh's house was so homey and comfortable! AMAZING views all around, sheep to watch out back. While remote, it's close to many famous trails and a cafe nearby. While unmarked and a white car sits next to (we thought someone was in it), pay attention to the pics and map. We went mid-May and us visitors were already picking up. "Annie’s cottage is in a lovely terrace, great for kids as there’s a fantastic playground a minute away. The rooms are all good sizes and well decorated. The house is a little damp and could do with updating in some parts but overall we had a great stay in Skye."
