Welcome to our home in Portovenere, a bright and peaceful retreat where time seems to pass more slowly. Situated in a convenient and quiet location, the house offers two delightful terraces with splendid sea views.

One of the bedrooms is located in an external annex and is accessible exclusively from the outside.

Private paid parking is available by reservation only! Parking is available from April 1st to October 31st for an additional Euro 43 per day, which you'll pay directly to them.

!!IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING!!

By law, you are required to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes about 10 minutes to complete and must be completed by all travelers.

For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Do not call the portal number: for any emergencies or requests, please use the messaging service of the portal you booked on.

The house, located in a natural area and subject to climate variations, may experience higher than normal humidity levels, especially during periods of inclement weather.

If you are particularly sensitive to humidity or this condition could cause you discomfort, we encourage you to carefully consider this before booking. We recommend you read this notice in advance to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Portovenere falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, a fee of euro 10/day will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.

A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Vernazza, one of the most iconic and photographed villages of the 5Terre. It combines the authentic charm of Ligurian tradition with modern comfort, offering a unique and unforgettable experience. A few steps from the sea, the station and the most characteristic restaurants.
Three large double bedrooms all with independent air conditioning and free wi-fi.
The house is composed as follows:
-Living room with kitchen
-2 Double bedrooms
-1 Suite with double bed and one single bed
-2 Bathrooms one with tub and one with shower.

To reach the apartment, simply arrive at the Vernazza train station; the property is just a two-minute walk away. Access is via a distinctive marble staircase, typical of Ligurian villages. Although equipped with a practical handrail, the stairs may prove challenging for guests with limited mobility or those traveling with particularly heavy luggage.

Security deposit: A security deposit of €100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 5 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
