"The property was fabulous - and the staff even better! They were very helpful with directions and suggestions. We visited mid-October so didn't spend any time in the pool but did a quick, cool dip! It was very nice and we would have liked to have spent more time there. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. We'd go back for sure!"

"Interesting “hobbit house” like cottages in the countryside on a working farm. The set up and surroundings were beautiful. We had dinner “50 euro for two people” and breakfast 5 Euro. Dinner was delicious, ample and came with local wine. We bought two bottles of their olive oil. Breakfast was OK. "We enjoyed `a three night stay here and would highly recommend using this location as a base for travelling the East side of Sicily. The accommodation is stunning and the plot idyllic. The facilities were spotless and well-equipped. Extra bonuses were: A great herb garden, Spillo the Dog AKA Scooby Doo and the friendly cats ! Last but by no means least the owner Corrado is an absolute star - gave up 3 hours to discuss what to see, where to eat and responded to any questions within 5 minutes. All...

"The property is kept to a high standard and the owners are fantastic. They were there to answer questions along the way and upon arrival they were there if required. They live in the grounds of this villa but they respect the privacy of people renting the villa. The villa is very spacious and has all the amenities you could require to fulfill your stay. It is in a peaceful location with brilliant views. Would recommend. Thanks guys."

"De accommodatie bestaande uit diverse kamers ligt bovenop een berg met schitterend uitzicht. De kamer van ons was vrij klein, het tweepersoonsbed past er net in, achter het bed weinig loopruimte. De badkamer is normaal van grootte. De begeleiding ter plaatste is behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is normaal. Het diner kan ter plaatse gebruikt worden, maar we hebben door omstandigheden hiervan geen gebruik gemaakt. De prijzen voor dit diner waren wel vrij fors."

10/10 Excellent

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable mattress with a great AC unit!!! Important on those hot Sicilian nights. I rented the suite which was very spacious and full of 18th century charm. The host was very informative at check in, explaining how to navigate the city center. All staff were wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. A highlight was a private tour of the main palazzo, built in 1726. "

2/10 Terrible

"Terrible experience. We were two couples and booked 2 double rooms. 2 hours before checking in we received a link to go to a different a accommodation location than the one we booked with no explanation. It was a residence not a hotel. No Reception at new location, nowhere to buy a coffee or water (not even a vending machine), beach was 15 minutes drive by car unlike the hotel we booked. Breakfast was served in a run-down coffee shop15 minutes drive from residence and food selection was dismal. Luckily we had a car. Furniture in balcony consisted of a 2 rusty chairs and table. Defective TV in room only worked a few minutes then stopped. During our stay we noted that other guests at the Residence also experienced the same scam that we suffered. Shame on the Management."
