"Great location by a river, overlooking the water meadows to Salisbury Cathedral. No lift, but staff showed us to our room and helped with luggage. The hotel runs a useful free minibus into the centre each evening, to enable easy access to local restaurants. Pleasant bar and terrace. A lovely short break."

Pillows were terrible. Floors created and shower water got stuck on scalding and needed to be fixed. All over very disappointing stay. "
