The house is well appointed and everything (appliances, bathroom) worked well and we had no maintenance problems. What we really enjoyed however was that even though its in the owners backyard, there was a nice amount of privacy with a private side yard. "Very very clean, and spacious and bright. Worked well with my family including a toddler and a dog. The fenced in yard was perfect to have them run around and feel safe. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were spacious. The neighborhood was quaint and i felt safe walking the dog around by myself."
