"Il mio soggiorno a Rapallo è stato reso immensamente più confortevole e piacevole dal mio soggiorno al Best Western Plus Tigullio Royal Hotel. Il personale è stato super cordiale, cortese e molto efficiente. All'arrivo, mi è stato offerto un upgrade a una camera con vista mare completa (180 gradi). La prima sera, mentre ero fuori a cena, mi è stata fatta trovare una bottiglia di champagne in camera.
