This unique property, with swimming pool, is immersed in a park of 15,000 square metres full of flowers, shrubs and aromatic herbs, which colour and perfume the air. The dirt road, about 400 metres long (2 minutes by car), is passable with most cars but not recommended for cars with particularly sporty and low-ended trims.

You will be greeted by a flower garden that has 8 parking spaces. The villa, arranged on two floors, offers on the ground floor a living room with sea view, a large dining area with elegantly furnished open kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Upstairs, the main sleeping area has three double bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. All rooms have a terrace from which you can enjoy a postcard view of the island of Elba and in particular the Gulf of Bagnaia. In total, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The kitchen and living room lead to a charming indoor fenced garden where you will find an aperitif area with sea views and a dining table suitable for 10 people, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. Here you will have at your disposal a barbeque grill and a wood-burning pizza oven. In the evening, with the sun setting, the surrounding nature transforms into a spectacle of vivid colours, creating moments of pure magic and romance that will make your stay unforgettable. Going down a few steps, you will find a gym equipped for free body exercises with private bathroom, and at guests' disposal there are washing machine and dryer.

The private pool (11x5m) is located about 70m away and is accessed via a staircase of 44 steps surrounded by corks, scented pines and oaks. The area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a bathroom. The isolated position with respect to the villa guarantees maximum privacy.

Pets are allowed with supplement, only with prior authorisation; the property is not entirely fenced.

The location is enviable: just 10 minutes by car from Capoliveri, Lacona, Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio, they make it the perfect starting point to explore the island. You can choose the beach according to the wind to always find the cleanest sea and the best landscape scenarios. The nearest beaches are Schiopparello (nature) at 2.5 km, Lido di Capoliveri (sand) at 5 km, Lacona (sand) at 8 km, Scuola di Vela a Magazzini at 3.5 km and Le Grotte at 3 km.

The property is located less than 2 km from the Acquabona Golf Course and for horse lovers, there is the possibility of using, for a fee, 10 boxes right adjacent to the entrance gate.

The access road is an unpaved track of approximately 400 meters (about 2 minutes by car), suitable for most vehicles but not recommended for particularly low or sporty cars.

Guests are welcomed by a blooming garden with parking space for up to 8 cars. The villa is spread over two floors and features, on the ground floor, a sea-view living room, a spacious dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Upstairs, the main sleeping area offers three additional double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms feature terraces with breathtaking panoramic views over Elba Island and the Gulf of Bagnaia.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. The 5 main bedrooms are located within the central part of the property, while the sixth bedroom, featuring two single beds and a private en-suite bathroom, is located in a separate area of the villa and accessed through the laundry/gym area.

Please note that this bedroom is not internally connected to the main sleeping area, does not have air conditioning, and offers a simpler standard compared to the other bedrooms of the property. For this reason, it may be an ideal solution for teenagers, friends, staff members, or guests seeking greater independence, while it may be less suitable for guests expecting the same comfort level as the main suites.

The kitchen and living area open onto a charming enclosed inner garden featuring a sea-view aperitif area and a dining table suitable for 10 guests, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue area and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. At sunset, the surrounding landscape transforms into a spectacular display of colors, creating unforgettable moments of relaxation and romance. A few steps below, guests will find a gym area equipped for bodyweight training with private bathroom facilities, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The private swimming pool (11x5m) is located approximately 70 meters from the villa and can be reached via a staircase of 44 steps surrounded by cork trees, pine trees and holm oaks. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a bathroom. Its secluded position guarantees maximum privacy.
