Beautiful contemporary villa with heated pool

Beautiful contemporary villa located in the area of Pianelli, close to Porto-Vecchio, with heated pool.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, Villa Pianelli is ideally placed to discover the beautiful beaches of Southern Corsica.
Close to the «Strada Antica» which connects Porto-Vecchio to Sartène, you can walk or cycle this route full of history.
Possibility to rent Villa Arca for a stay of 8 people.

The villa has a surface of 100 m2 and its characteristics are:
- a master suite with a bed 160x200cm and bathroom with shower,
- one bedroom with two beds 90x200cm and bathroom with shower
- a large main room with: sitting area, fully equipped kitchen/dining area: induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher,
- a separate toilet,
- High speed Internet (fibre optic).

The exterior consists of a large terrace with a summer kitchen, dining area and access to the pool.
The heated pool is open from April to October and has a roller shutter as a cover system.

Sheets and towels provided.
Private parking.
Deposit: 2000€ to pay on the day of your arrival and return at the end of your stay.

Superbe maison - quelques ustensiles supplémentaires seraient le bienvenu

Maison (style local) Piscine Taille des chambres et de la salle de bain Cuisine extérieure Serive au top de Thomas de l'agence car nous avons eu un nid de guêpes et nous avons immédiatement été aidé ainsi que le remplacement immédiat de la machine à café Entretien des mauvaises herbes qui sortent du gazon synthétique Beaucoup de toiles d'arraignées à notre arrivée (plafond, terrasse couverte) Terrasse couverte de poussière à notre arrivée Manque de certains ustensiles pour des locataires saisonniers (ciseaux, scotch, ...)

Très agréable séjour au calme dans un cadre très « corse »!

Très belle maison avec beaux matériaux utilisés et une cuisine extérieure très typique, pratique avec bcp de charme! 20 mn de route pour accéder aux plus belles plages de Corse. Tout est sur place, rien n’est à amener mis à part nos affaires personnelles. Des belles balades en montagne accessible au départ de la maison. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour reposant!

Magnifique !

Villa Pianelli est une perle rare. Tout y est magnifique, fonctionnel, et d’une rare qualité. Villa neuve, décorée avec grand soin et goût très sûr, de matériaux nobles et sublimes et où une atmosphère sereine et apaisante nous berce. Tout est de très belle qualité et rien n’est laissé au hasard. J’ai adoré y séjourner pendant 3 semaines et ai été triste de quitter un si bel endroit. Le service de conciergerie et le pisciniste sont là pour veiller à votre bien être mais aussi pour entretenir les lieux, ce qui est fort appréciable et vient parfaire la plénitude et la beauté des lieux. Je recommande vivement et garde précieusement cette adresse car il est certain que j’y reviendrai. Tout était parfait
