There are two separate bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm) and another with two beds. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as electric heating.

The property is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It has a shower, separate toilet, heating, and air conditioning systems. Outside, there is a spacious balcony of 25 square meters facing south and a partially covered terrace of 18 square meters.
