"We had some issues on our first night but staff responded very well to our concerns. In fact, all the staff were very helpful and kind. Great location beside beach and 20 minute walk from town."

"The hotel is Ok , but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. The service was not 5 star as several times the first answer was always NO , until a second person from the staff heard what was happening and came “for the rescue”. The furniture needs renovation, the sofas in the rooms and lobby look really old , the bed covers look extremely old and have to be changed, they give a really first bad impression the first time you enter the room. The breakfast is Ok but no so special for a 5 star hotel. The location is not bad , 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center where most of the life is . There are no many hotel options in Alghero but this is no reason for a “5 star” hotel not to excel."

"What a lovely 2 week stay at this hotel . Ideally situated with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance . Nice room with a picture view of the marina . Breakfast was very good lots of selection upstairs in the Blau room with superb views !! Staff were all very welcoming and attentive . Finishing the evening upstairs in the Blau room for nibbles and drinks before bed . A big shout out to all the staff at this hotel especially claudio behind the bar !! Definitely worth a stay . Loved it"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Baia Tartuga! The property was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, shoutout to Enzo and Angelique. Breakfast was delicious, and the amazing caffè by Adriano each morning was definitely a highlight! We also loved the convenient location, just a short drive from beautiful La Pelosa Beach and the charming town of Stintino. A lovely Sardinian gem that we would happily return to and highly recommend! 🇮🇹🌊☀️"

"Cleanliness of the room was of highest standards, beds were made everyday, breakfast was great, loads of choice. The only small issue was parking situation, when most of the time we were able to get a free parking across the road from hotel, but due to celebrations in August, there were evenings, when we had to leave the car at nearby restaurant and walk back 10min, or else wait for someone to leave the parking spot."

"We had a lovely stay at the Francesco Heritage Hotel. The staff were very helpful and obliging unfortunately we did not get the room that was showing on the website even though I did check before arriving and the room we were given was not finished as there was a lot of tiling grouting and sealant that needed snagging. We did not have a mini bar to start with, but that was delivered after the first three days and there was no table or chair which was a bit inconvenient but otherwise the room was nice. Great location in the wonderful old town of Alghero."

"Perfect location! Modern and clean studio with a fantastic balcony. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Pool and all other facilities were great. Supermarket just around the corner, the beach on the doorstep and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Bus stop a very short walk away so easy to get to the airport."
