Their staff is genuinely nice and accommodating. I want to thank Luigi from the concierge desk for the tour recommendations and arranging our car rental. Antonella from the breakfast restaurant prepared for me a homemade tea when I told her I was not feeling well. All these details make this hotel a unique one.
