Ci sn anche due cavalli per poter cavalcare. La villa con la vista panoramica sul mare e la luna durante la notte rende l'atmosfera ancora piu bella. "The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

"Nach einem schlechten Start wegen schlecht geputzter Bäder mit zwei Nachbesserungsanläufen dann aber eine schöne Zeit."

"Villa in magnifica posizione con ampi e molto piacevoli spazi esterni, anche se un poco trascurati. Attrezzatura casa funzionale, mobilio molto datato. Spiagge e borghi facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Strada d’accesso alla propietà non asfaltata e molto segnata dalla pioggia. "great hotel close to city center and port of Ancona. we had a junior suite and it was very spacious, bright and clean. The staff at the hotel were all very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. It did not have a pool or beach but we had a car and drove to a beach and rented chairs and umbrellas. Great to be so close to many restaurants and shops. "
