"We enjoyed a week at the villa towards the end of April. The setting, scenery and views are even better than the photos of the property. It was a perfect base for us to explore the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and beautiful beaches) as well as historical sites in Arazchena. Golfo Aranci is also convenient for food, ice cream and boat tours. It was great to see some of the beauty of the island but the real joy was having access to the sea at the bottom of the garden. "The house is suitable for all ages and located about 15 minutes from La Cinta beach and about 18 minutes from San Teodoro, where there's more to do. Lovely and very responsive hosts! They were happy to make recommendations throughout the week. Well-stocked kitchen and wonderful outdoor area. While the bedrooms are comfortable, ask for warmer if you get cold at night sleeping with AC because as they only provide sheets and thin quilts."

"Superb host, always readily available. Stunning property in a highly desirable area near monte petrosu, close to all the stunning beaches and san Teodoro downtown, but away from noise. Very nice breeze given the house position. Very good parking space. Fenced in and secure for kids. Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. Please read well the fine prints for the AC use so there are no unexpected questions. Highly recommended for families. Would come back again"

"We loved the Villa, very clean, our host was on hand very quickly if required and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and what to do. We hadn’t realised the air con was an added extra which was the only downside. Pool was amazing and the kitchen and entertaining areas were adequate for the ten of us. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. I would recommend as a holiday destination."

"Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning - the two of them were very understanding and immediately offered a solution that we really liked. "This villa had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. There's a hotel opposite for breakfast or ice creams when you feel like it. The nearest beach is walking distance but we found it worthwhile getting a car to explore the area. "Very private spacious villa with lovely pool away from everything. If you like complete privacy and don’t mind driving 15-20 mins to get to towns and beaches then this place is great! There is a small village nearby with supermarket and pharmacy for essentials. "The villa is beautiful, well equipped, nicely furnished and has air con throughout. It is a 5 minute walk to the closest beach (or 1 min drive) and about 5 mins drive to Brandinchi beach which is simply beautiful. Book ahead for Brandinchi or arrive very early - same can be said for all beaches. Dan Teodoro is 17 mins drive and bustling with nightlife, restaurants and is family friendly. "The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "
