"Super friendly and helpful staff and exceptionally good location immediately in front of the lake with manicured lawns/garden and plenty of sunbeds. The cafe and breakfast restaurant has open front to the lake and you can enjoy your breakfast in the open 2 meters from the lake. The cleaning was exceptionally good. There is no outdoor pool, just something to be aware of, but with immediate access to the lake this was not a problem. The only little recommendation we would have is for the hotel is...

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – vom Check-in bis zur Abreise wurden wir bestens betreut.
Die Rezeption ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt da sich das Hotel überhalb des Remat Restaurant befindet (für uns war das aber kein Problem da man Notfall Telefonnummern erhalten hat).
Der Parkplatz hat sich ca 1km entfernt vom Hotel befunden und ist kostenfrei.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und angenehm ruhig....

The view from breakfast is certainly something that should be experienced. The parking next to the property is also a real bonus based on how difficult it can be to park in Malcesine. The owner, Marco, is a very proud and hospitable man who made us feel very welcome. I hope to return soon :-)"
