This charming 45 m² property offers a warm and welcoming space for a memorable stay in this beautiful city. Located on the ground floor, guests should note that access to the building is via a pedestrian staircase, with additional stairs leading to the apartment.
Designed with stylish open living and kitchen areas, the space feels bright and inviting. The living area features a cosy sitting space with a double couch bed, perfect for unwinding with a favourite show after a day of exploring.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and socializing. It features essential cookware, cutlery, a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. A washing machine is also included for added convenience.
The bedroom is tastefully decorated and it includes a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, and ample storage to ensure a restful and organized stay.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
