The attic has a direct garage and elevator, all services around and the beach walking. Coastal area with spectacular places to meet, very comfortable and easy road communication throughout Galicia. Terrace for breakfast / lunch / dinner overlooking the sea.

Accommodation with all services such as a home and being in your own home. It has everything you need around as a pharmacy, kiosks, groceries, bakery, etc. Supermarket in the suburbs and with Noia just 5kms with important Market of Supplies.
Located in Portosín, a small fishing port, with the possibility to carry out various nautical activities, fishing, sailing, etc. and multitude of trails to walk by the sea.

For a stay of several days, excursions in the area are recommended, being very close to emblematic places such as the Costa da Morte, the Castro de Baroña, Corrubedo Natural Park, the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, etc.

The situation is quiet and, very relaxing, with stunning views to enjoy pleasantly.
To be in Portosín itself, you do not need a car, you can walk everywhere, the beaches, the promenade, walk along the paths of forests that are interspersed with coves, sand or rocks ...

Vistas espectaculares

Inmueble nuevo, con unas vistas preciosas. Pequeño pero muy acogedor. Dotado con todos los electrodomésticos pero hubiéramos agradecido menaje más abundante ( vasos, copas, cubiertos...) así como gel y champú... Se encuentra muy bien situado. Se agradece q tenga plaza de garaje. En resumen ideal para dos personas..
